Addison's Nursery

Here it is...Addison's nursery. Since Peyton is the big sister we gave her the choice of keeping her room or having the other room upstairs which was a race car themed room painted for her...either way the room was going to be painted (poor Jason). She felt it was time for a big girl room so that is what she got for her birthday. My Father and Jason painted it and it turned out really cute...I will post pictures of it later one I have some stuff on the walls. We moved the nursery furniture back into Peyton's old room and I added a few special touches to make it new and fresh for baby Addison.

This is also a picture of her new stroller that Nana Pat bought for us and the car seat cover I had made special to match.

Last days of Kindergarten

The end of the kindergarten school year is here. It has been a great year filled with fun memories and wonderful friends. Not only has Peyton made new friends this year but her Mommy and Daddy has too! There is an awesome group of people at St. Catherine’s and we are so fortunate to be a part of the school. Peyton has done very well this year and Jason and I are very proud. She has grown so much and continues to amazes us each day. She is looking forward to her summer vacation and arrival of her new baby sister but I know she will miss her teachers and friends tremendously. I have assured her however that the new baby will keep us very busy LOL. The picture of her and I together is her very first day of kindergarten and the other is her “graduation” photo. They do not actually graduate from kindergarten but Mrs. Meier did put together a very nice Parent’s Day which was an end of the year celebration for the students and their parents. She made this video slide show and gave each family a copy as her gift to us. Turn your volume up as you do not want to miss out on what the kids are saying! PS. You might want to grab the tissue too.
